Games for Windows Live Marketplace freezes during login (Windows 10)

So I read on one of the forums that the issue with Games for Windows Live has finally been resolved and that we can now download our purchased games. I have another problem though. My GFWL Marketplace client freezes during login and eventually crashes. This
issue occured after installing a Windows update. I'm using Windows 10 and would appreciate any kind of help. I've already reinstalled the client numerous times, but have not been able to resolve this issue yet.

Games for windows live login error code 80154002

Hello Users,

i have a problem with the games for windows marketplace login.

After i have put in my Gamertag/email adress and my password and press login, a window shows me Error Code 80154002.

My OS: Windows 10 Home 32bit.

Please can anyone please help? I've tried reinstalling GFWL Marketplace countless times already. Nothing works! I really want to download the content that I have purchased especially now that the "failed to retrieve your purchases" error has been resolved!

Oh yah I forgot I knew how to fix this. The way to fix it is to reset internet settings on Windows. If you've never done that search Windows for
internet options then on the advanced tab click reset, also delete personal settings needs to be selected. Good luck!

Okay so I noticed that the problem lies with the Internet Explorer history even though I rarely use IE I have to periodically delete the Internet Explorer history when GFWLM has this bug every week or so.

Oh yah I forgot I knew how to fix this. The way to fix it is to reset internet settings on Windows. If you've never done that search Windows for
internet options then on the advanced tab click reset, also delete personal settings needs to be selected. Good luck!

Well, I did what this answer said to do, I even empties cache and stuff, still freezes and crashes. In my observation that little window that says to click there if you want to stop ads, has some sort of latency issue. When that stops play video/ads that's
when the MS Jigsaw games freeze and crash. It didn't do any of this crashing and freezes, then over a short period of time like now, you can't hardly pickup a puzzle piece it freezes and crashes. Don't know nothing about programing, etc...but this issue appears
to be attached to that ad window. Why would anyone want purchase a year of games and it takes hours and hours just to finish one puzzle!! I'm terribly disappointed!

You must be talking about another game client probably a modern one. This was about the old-school 2007 GFWL game client.
