    Hello everyone. I purchased on September 18, 2012 two resident evil operation raccoon city DLCs for PC (through the Games for Windows Live Marketplace). Recently I went to play the game again. When I open Game for Windows Live it says that it does not have
    any products. And why is a Microsoft program no longer supported by Windows 10?

    Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition Miising the Movie Code

    Hi,

    I bought the Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition and am missing the movie code. I bought it through Xbox Live on May 15th. Also, since this is a Play Anywhere title, it should show as owned for the PC version in the Windows store but it does
    not. The game + DLC shows up fine through my Xbox One.

    I bought the game through Amazon. The windows store says that I own it, but it does not show up in my library. What should I do?

    And yes.. I do live in the USA. I live in New Jersey... and I just checked my profile in this account and it says I live in New Jersey, USA. Furthermore, this MUST be the correct account (and the ONLY one I have) becuase the icons on the left show 'gunsslinger'
    which I was able to download using a code I was provided with that I bought elsewhere... however, the game that I actually bought on my 360 does NOT work.. I was billed for it, and it shows in my billing on THIS account, but the game is NOT there.

    Recently played games list does not update

    If you look at the game product page on the Xbox app, you will find under capabilities, achievements and Xbox Live support are not supported (it would show if they were). Only the Xbox version supports achievements, and Xbox Live support. That is why the game does not show in your recently played games list.

    In the Windows Store there is a menu at the top right of the app that will take you to your library. Try redownloading from there.
    It does not show up in my library in the windows store. But if i am using internet explorer, it says I own this product. But when it takes me to the store, It says it does not exit.

    Thanks for the replies, this is exactly what I was looking for, when using Windows Media Center through the Xbox and opening "pictures & videos" my media shows up as live tiles in seperate TV Shows and Movies categories!

    I purchased Windows 8 on release through download, I used a product key for Windows Media Center from the Internet that was given out free in January, and it hasn't been accepted thus making my Windows 8 non-activated. Is there anyway I can get a free Product
