    For the past several days, I've gotten this error message in GFWL. I tried rebooting, and reinstalling the client, but no luck. Does anybody know if there's a way to fix this? Or is it a server issue, as it was in the past? If so, will there be a fix? I'd
    like to access the games and DLC I purchased.

    Where's my Game? AoE III, purchased in 2010 on Games for Windows Live

    Hi!

    On November 21, 2010, I purchased Age of Empires III via Microsoft Games for Windows Live. Now I downloaded the Games for Windows client on my new computer, but I only get an error message saying "There was an error retrieving your purchase history.
    Please sign out and try again later    ". After some research it seems that lots of people face the same issue, but I could not find a solution. Does anybody know how I can get hold of my legally purchased game?

    Games for Windows Live Xbox.com PC marketplace has ended support as of August 25, 2013. However, you should still be able to access your already purchased games in your "Purchase history" section. Can you try to sign out of the client, and then remove and

    Still doesn't work, the steps were to no avail. The previous posts in the forums show this broke before, Microsoft fixed it, then let it break again, leading to this most likely being a Microsoft server issue. Can this be fixed, or a refund of the games
    purchased be issued so we can repurchase these from a webstore that will keep our purchases available? I would prefer it be available through the windows wtore in windows 10 like the rest of our purchases.

    I tried that previously, I have also checked the threads on the forums, this seems to be a reoccurring issue, and it is still broken.

    I still can not access my games.

    Hello,

    I bought the Steam version of Fable III and the expansions in 2014, but now I can't load the expansions in game or redeemed the Steam DLC keys in the Games for Windows Marketplace client.

    In the Games for Windows Marketplace client, I have this message "There was an error retrieving your purchase history"

    I hope that your staff can fix the problem because me and many others people are really frustrated, I longed to play Fable III with all expansions on my new 4K monitor.

    P.S. : Sorry for my bad english. :p
