Not sure if this is the appropriate area but the system wants to charge me for a GwG title.

I am unable to get the Castle Storm GwG offering. It sets up the price as 9.99 when I select it. This is on an XBox One and I was ab;e to get the The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing and Knight Squad without any issues. What am I doing wrong here?

You are indeed correct. Once downloaded, you can download again at any time.

On the 360, go to Settings/Account/Download History and have a look for it there.

On the PC, you can look at
live.xbox.com/.../history

If it's not there, that's usually indicative of you having used another account for the purchase initially, so when you are looking for Civ Rev you should make sure you are signed into the account that made the purchase.

Hey mate,

Should definiately still be part of the program Sometimes it shows how much it costs, but when you go to purchase it it will not charge you.

For example when I go to the link below, it shows it at full price (with a note above saying its free for gold), then when I click on it, at the very top of the confirmation page it shows as 'free'.

Thanks. Have to get to the confirmation page with the CC info and see in tiny text above that the word Free. First XBox so working out the kinks.
