Games for Gold version won't download.

Hi Appointed Bean, I downloaded it when it first came up as Game with Gold on 1st March. Same sort of situation, had trouble downloading it but kept trying and eventually it 'took'

my xbox disconnects, but I think because of the mobile phones and wifi, but I turn my phone wifi off and it works fine, it it's not completed then I just click download again and it starts from there it finished.

mine says its downloading then says can't download it and it shows up in my storage as incomplete even though it has all the giga bytes downloaded

I am still not able to DL the game. I've got over 60 gig free and on an ethernet connection. I've tried multiple times only to have it stop before it even really starts to progress.

Tyrannic: I am glad you tried different things, but sorry it's still not completing the DL for you to play/enjoy.

I still feel inclined to remind you and everyone else, that it's best to delete failed attempts, clean HD of unnec items, and that:

If you tried it once, then Live Marketplace authorizes you to keep attempting, in the future.

It will show up at the title as - Download Again, or - Already Downloaded.

So you may keep attempting.

I have nvr used a home console w/ Satelite service for online functions in my life. Sometimes it's ppls Only option.

But if I remember correctly, you cannot play multiplayer matches due to the time delay of the signal of 3-7 seconds.

So perhaps Downloads are occasionally an issue as well.

I would call: 1-800-4-MY-XBOX for further resolve past what is to this point suggested.

I am confident that they will help you find a solution to play offered FREE titles after concerted effort to rectify.

Quite a few ppl had problems DLing BIOSHOCK INFINITE it seems, I did not have a problem w/ & also bought BIOSHOCK ONE for $4.99 and am loving, so haven't even started the other yet.

Forza Horizon 2 is not backwards compatible. So it won't show as available to download on the One unless you get the One version (which will be free next month with Games With Gold).

I have done everything, that is in that link, you gave me, but still have same problem. I launch the game and an information appears, that an update is needed, without it I won't be able to play the content. I deleted game and downloaded game many times,
with same result. Is that possible this is fault of polish version of game? Is it possible to download english version with Games with Gold?

Yep,you need to download the xbox one version of the game,the 360 version won't play on the xbox one.

Since he purchased the digital version of the games he won't lose them as the live gold subscription allows just to play online.
