Games for Gold version won't download.

It just sits there on 0%

A few times i've gotten the message saying it failed without a reason why.

Anyone else or just me?

Forza Horizon 2 is not backwards compatible. So it won't show as available to download on the One unless you get the One version (which will be free next month with Games With Gold).

It is the same for me, it downloads for a while, not over the 14% and the show the message : Can´t download Bioshock Infinite.

 

It stays at 0% then says Can't download Bioshock Infinite. Any reason why?

I am having the same issue. keeps saying cant download. Seems lame it wont DL

 

I downloaded it fine for free, started the DL and then also bought Bioshock for the $4.99.

Both were downloaded in the morning when I woke up ^_^

Bioshock is a really fun and interesting adventure (had nvr played or watched).

I will be buying Bioshock 2 & playing the other games when finished with #1

I chose to save the lil sisters so far....

Oh, and delete your Gms for gold copy and re-download it again, have system set to DL titles even when console off, you'll wake up and have it to play = let us know

 

Not downloading for me wireless or dsl and even overnight and is set to dl overnight...whats up?

 

Been nearly a full week since the game was free for Gold Members. And all these issues with DLing it and not 1 XBox Rep or a Forums person has responded to this issue. So I do hope that you all have worked out something with the Rewards program that gives
us an extra week to get the 10 hours of play time for our rewards points

 

Hey! It would be a question for Xbox 360 Live Gold subscriptions have been received each month gift games. The question is whether the penultimate game TOMB RAIDER which was successfully downloaded, the current gift Bioshock Infinite, but I watched all of
the console menu and jáékoknál nowhere, but instead there is a 50MB crappy game. Thanks for the help!

 

Same here, been trying to get it since the 16th. It always stops at 65% and crashes. Deleted the file and redownloaded at least 10 times, every single time it crashes at 65%. So Gecko, it;s not a matter of deleting the file, although was a good
suggestion because some people might not realize that when the game freezes mid-download, it stores that corrupted file on their drive. I'm glad the download worked for you, but I know a few friends in town that have had problems as well with Bioshock this
week. No idea why really.

To answer you Bandez, I've never had a single problem with any download before, either the two games with gold, or any of the other 110 games I've bought on XBOX Live. (I tend to destroy discs plus the closest game store is like 30 miles away and well,
can download it just as fast as going up and back really. All of my games whether bought or given for free, Tomb Raider included, all downloaded extremely fast. So yeah, just something wrong with Bioshock Infinite.

Who knows, maybe it's over certain network providers that the problem happens? I have Direct TV. I've attempted to download it both wired and wireless. No luck. Trying it again but yeah would be nice to hear something from a GM. For all 15 of us or
so that have posted, I guarantee there's another 1000+ that don't bother visiting forums.

 

I'm not sure if anyone is still having trouble downloading the game, but adding my two cents; I had the same problem and it was very frustrating after about half a dozen times to be informed it can't download. I ended up cleaning up my hard drive of a lot
of unnecessary files and saves, giving it plenty of room to install, and watched it like a hawk to make sure it started the download. I didn't play any other games nor use the broadband and let it download overnight and it did eventually take.

Wonderful game, by the way. We were really spoiled this month with Tomb Raider then Bioshock Infinite :-D
