Games for Gold problem

Hi all

I have tried to download Black Flag and Army of Two today, but both downloads keep saying that they cannot be downloaded, no other info as to why, i have plenty of hd space, any ideas please getting quite frustrating now.

i had np downloadin either although somtimes turning your xbox off then on again which resets it and will resume the download dont play games while downloading as this interupts downloads and results in the error message and can cause it to glitch which
stops downloads every time you attempt one forcing you to take steps i mentioned earlyer

Same issue, though I've kept trying and it's currently made it to 26%. I've noticed my Xbox Live keeps disconnecting too.

Likewise. It keeps giving the message "Can't download..." while at the xbox store it still shows it as $19.99 and not free. This has happened before (almost always) on the first day and early, and usually resolves itself eventually. It's like they don't
synchronize the free download properly and until they do it won't recognize the free download option.

...well, it said it was, and at 17% complete (Black Flag) when I posted the followup above. Came back to see if it was done and it is not there and giving the "Can't download... " msg again. So much for thinking it was ready to go. Guess we wait longer.

microsoft are rip off liars. free games with gold haven't shown up ion my dashboard for three months. support staff no nothing and lie. army of two won't d/load on laptop and keeps saying try again.

have complained three tim es asked for refund and they said no. An abusive monopoly as they were deemed by a US court.

I dont know why so many people have problems with xboxes. I'v never had a problem sept the beginning when RROD was about. I only ended up getting that twice.

Hi,

The game license was granted to you on your previous region now that you have a different region that license is no longer applies to your current region/account combo as long as you are not on the same region when you "purchased" it. It doesn't matter
if you have an IP from that region or not at the moment as long a your account is on different region that when you "purchased" the game.
