    Sorry to hear you're having issues playing your games.

    There are a couple of things that will help us better understand your situation:



    • Are you using disc games or Games on Demand when you get this error?
    • Does this happen with all your games?

    I would also recommend checking out our
    Disc Drive     troubleshooter for some possible suggestions depending on what you're seeing.

    please consider that Borderlands was free to play with Gold only from April 4 to 7, so if you haven't purchased it you won't be able to play it.
