    I have a problem with games crashing out to desktop, or the screen going black.

    Apparently, after looking on the net, many people have had this. It's because the RAM isn't deleted when the console is turned off. Only a cold reboot (unplugging it) solves this problem, but it will just build up again and repeat.

    Xbox has to include in a new patch the code so once turned off, the RAM from the day is deleted, allowing for a fresh start when it's switched on.

    It's the XBL party chat that affects it, if that's what you mean.

    I've never sat in a party on the dashboard before so I would have to test that out later.

    Hey Dan, sorry we missed your post! So, when you say 'every other game,' do you mean all games besides MW3, or every other game you play in MW3? Also, you're in a party when this happens, correct? Does it happen when you're not in a party? Please let us

    I hardly ever have this problem. And when I do, it happens once and that's it. I don't have to hard reboot. This is no different than games freezing on the 360 forcing you to dashboard.

    Actually, it's not. Maybe one day you'll get one and see for yourself, instead of just popping up in issue threads to perpetuate the issue further.

    Xbox One| Battlefield 4 stuck on main screen (rain screen)

    I downloaded the patch fully and now bf4 just drops to the desktop, it doesn't matter whether I take the disc out and put it back in or not, it goes to the rain screen then drops out.

    Not only that but then nothing will launch properly every game I have drops to desktop. The only way to fix this was a hard reset. Everything worked again so I deleted bf4 and re installed including the patches, it said it was ready so clicked it and it
    all happened again. I did another hard reset and now the consoles fine but will not try to get bf4 working again I'll just take it back and hope to get a refund this game is broken.
