    I started playing about 7-8 years ago at my son's house up 4 streets away. Played on laptop off & on whilst travelling. Got to Western Australia. Got a new phone. Stupidly couldn't think of my login with microsoft as got confused and the lad at the store

This has caused me problems ever since. I usually use the former one though have recently made a facebook account which i hope to chiefly to use with gaming friends so that
    i don't annoy family and old friends with constant notification. My recent games do not play and even treasure hunter has the end of each board lopped off

    error 1170000 in MSC,

    I am getting an error 1170000 in Microsoft Solitaire Collection, I have followed instructions found on the Facebook error code page and nothing works, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still not working, I am signed into Xbox and Microsoft page with
    any problem, but cant sign into game. please help

    Why do you allow Phishing advertising on your platform and in your products?

    Was the game that had the advertisement Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or was it just titled Klondike? If the game was just Klondike, then that has nothing to do with Microsoft/Xbox. Only Microsoft Solitaire Collection does. You can also report the game on the Microsoft Store page under Additional Information by selecting Report This Product.

    Thanks for responding to us. It would be best to report this at the Microsoft Solitaire Page. I know they responding and update their page. When looking at the Microsoft
    Solitaire Collection     page on the Microsoft Casual Games site I did see that others were having the same issue.

    Attempt to sign in as a Guest. Does it give the same error code when signing in that way?

    We also recommend Restarting your PC and not doing a shut down. You can view the

    Microsoft Casual Games FAQ/Support     page as mentioned by XBF support.
