Games Download for Gold Member Disappear

Hi Ops,

My ID is [Mod Removed] and I am Gold Member for the console 360.

In this month, I can't download the monthly games. I want to know why? I should have ability download 2 games promoted by the console with Gold Member every month. However, this option disappear in this month.

I am sure that my Gold Member has not been expired. Can I know why?

battlefield bad company 2 problem

dear all,

having a gold account and trying to download battlefield bad company which is free this month, the download finish but when i go the my games list it disappear (i saw it for 1 second and after disappear) .

what i can do

UNABLE TO GET HALO REACH FOR FREE (LIVE GOLD USER) AND BOUGHT IT FROM WEBSITE; STILL NOTHING

Hi Guys, I bought for free this game cuz I'm a gold live member and the only thing I get on the console is
error 80150017; I've bought it (for free, of course) here in the website and it says that the game will shows on MY DOWNLOADS page, and it has been there, but when it reaches 90% the game disappear, then you go to STORAGE and
it says corrupted.

Can someone explain me WTH happen with that?

I live in Venezuela, US MS Live Gold Member... HELP!!!

Ok does your account region match your actual region (country and no us foreign bases domt count as the us as they use foreign connections)

Also what is your connection type( dsl cable etc)

And speedtest.net results with a picture

Any error msgs you ar3 receiving

Note your account region has to match your actual region for most triple a games including those in games for gold

I think there is no problem at all. I can download the free games for Gold Member for several years already. However, since Februry, there is blank in that area.

Also delete your marketppace cache and delete your profile oonly and redownload your profile

I Was Renamed

I PURCHASED gold to get the discount, but after spending the 9.99 on gold to become a gold member (let me stress this one more time), which made me a gold member who is entitled to the gold member discounts, the discount would not apply.

Then I opened a support ticket, and not 30 seconds after telling the representative what game I was trying to purchase, the "Gold exclusive price" tag disappeared, and it was no longer on sale. Then I was told "It must be a bug with your browser" by the
representative.
