Games don't start

Hi,

I have a problem when starting COD WW2 or Fortnite.

When starting the WW 2, Call of duty appears in the screen, it disapeers and the it return again. It's in a loop. The result is that i can't start the game.

When i start fortnite, the game closes after the loading procedure.

For both I'm in a sort of loop, and I can't find the cause of this.

Does anybody have a clue what this could be.

Vraag misschien kan er iemand mij helpen.

Ik probeer al enkele dagen een paar spellen op mijn xbox one op te starten, maar dit lukt niet.

Zo probeer ik CoD WW 2 op te starten maar dan kom ik in een loop op het beginscherm. Ik zie dan Cod WW2 staan, die gaat weg en komt vervolgens weer terug. Ik kom niet meer verder, ik zit hier in een loop.

ALs ik Fortnite opstart, dan klapt het spel nadat de balk is geladen.

Heeft iemand een idee wat ik hier aan kan doen?

Hi,

Refresh your cache memory, to do it go to the Dashboard , press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec.

Restart console and try to play.

Does it work ?

 

How did you get on reseting your console? Let us know if this fixed it.
