    If you sign out then back into your account this should fix the problem. This is something I have encountered a few times and it has worked for me.

    Sorry to hear it. Please be sure to power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    Also, for future reference if you encounter issues with the preview then make sure you post to the preview forums for more assistance.
