Games don't connect to xbox live but the one says I'm connected

I was playing Destiny and I started having connection issues. I turned off my console came back the next day and it wouldn't even connect. I played a few other games and it said I was not connected to live. So I tested my network connection and my multiplayer
connection and all my games dont connect to the wifi but the one does, Please help.

I left Netflix on all night, come back 2 my xbox one, it starts glitching so I close Netflix.

It then prompts me to Connect to XBOX Live, as soon as I click there (FAR RIGHT) it says!!! You're connected!, I got to test network connection or test mulitplaer connection, it says YOU'RE
CONNECTED!, when I go back to dashboard to play a game or send a message it says, Connect to XBOX Live! (On The far right)

I can reset, go offline online, wireless wired, I've tried everything, reset power bar, it still says I need to connect to xbox live? but it says I'm connected?

 

Xbox one issue

My Xbox is connected to the internet but when I try to do anything on it, it says there was an error. I can see my friends but I cant send messages, play games or anything is says I'm not connected to the internet but my system is connected its says its
all good. On my main screen it says connect to xbox live but when I click on that it does nothing. I'm lost I don't know whats going on.
