    my windows 10 pc shut off for no reason, once i open it, all games i bought using microsoft store dont open and instead redirect me to the microsoft store to the gaming services app. Even if i have it installed it does not open the games. please help me

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    This may mean that we’re having trouble checking usage rights, or that the game is no longer in the Game Pass catalog.

    If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?

    Since it sounds like you've run through all the option in the "App Won't Start" troubleshooting guide, I think your best bet is to contact

    Xbox Support     and see if they can further assist you in resolving the issue.
