    games do not load


    I play on Xbox remote play because I do not have a TV with HDMI input, but now I'm not getting to play anymore, I have a normal Xbox One, I'm not getting to play right because the games just aren't loading right, the map always loads in half, sometimes it doesn't load and because of that all games end up closing alone at some point, and I don't know what to do, before it wasn't like that, could anyone tell me how I can solve this and make the games load normally?

    Have you tried to clean them in anyway? And are there any major/minor damage to the disc?
