games do not load, too long to load error: 0x8027025a

I got error code 0x8027025a on a digital game once saying that the game took too long to load. But I have tried physical and digital games.

I have the disc version of Dead Rising 3, it often fails to load, when it fails to load it times out, returns me to the home screen and gives me an error code (0x8027025a) with message saying something like 'game taking too long to load. Please try again
later' .

The game also freezes or crashes during cut scenes.

same issue as RockWolfy, the first loading screen is displayed during seconds, then it goes back to the home screen with the "For some reason (gamename) has taken too long to start. 0x8027025a" error message...

Also while trying to install the game I can't seem to do anything else on the console, trying to get to the Microsoft store results in an error 0x8027025a stating Microsoft Store has taken too long to start. Once the install is aborted then I can load
the store.

Now my digital copy of Hal0 5 is not loading, I'm getting dumoed bck to the desktop/home screen. Error code 0x8027025a. "Hlo 5 for ome reason took too long to start"
