    Games do not load correctly when started


    Hi, I just signed up for game pass on pc and i've been having trouble with the starting games on my laptop, once installed i either have a black screen, or the game seems to not allow me to do anything, it seems like the UI is not loading. I've tried this
    with Superhot, which after i got the splash screen i was greeted with a black screen, I tried also with Astroneers, which just left me in space with no menu, I also tried it with full metal furries and was also just greeted with the artwork but no menu, i've
    provided screenshots.

    Any help would be appreciated, I just can't seem to troubleshoot the issue.

    Would you consider your pc setup a fairly beefy setup, i was worried maybe it was a hardware issue, or OS build version issue

    I have the same problem as well, when i launch the game it starts up but then immediately closes, and then nothing happens.

    Thanks, it seems like a few have been having the same issue, i was concerned it may jave been a build version issue

    It looks like there is an issue with the service right now because I've seen several other people having issues. May take a little time for Microsoft to sort it out.
