Games (Disc or Digital) will not launch. Goes back to the Dashboard - No Error Code

This may be a hardware issue. I would contact support https://support.xbox.com/

I am having the same issue since weds (10 jun). Console connected to internet but unavle to access any games or apps! Keeps saying cannot connect to service. Check internet. Internet check says its fine and connected

If your original purchase was digital then highlight the game on the dashboard, press the start button and select Manage Game. From there go to Ready to Install to see if it's listed.

If it's a disc version and is 2 discs try putting in the 2nd disc when the game has launched to see if that helps.

Yea it's the disc version. i can't put in the second disc, the xbox goes back to dashboard immediately :/

Error 0x82D40003 occurs when you launch a game on Xbox One, I saw it said "If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to buy it at Microsoft Store."

Was the disc for these games inserted or was this purchased as digital content? If this was purchased digitally then make sure the correct account is signed in. If this is on a disc then make sure the disc is clean and has no scratches.

By the way, is this for the Xbox One Platform or PC?

Put the disc in. it should bring you back to the games menu without any error if you have autostart on.

Now goto the all games menu in your xbox dashboard - look for the games with a disc icon next to them and you should be able to launch them from here.
