Games disappearing from my ready to install/problems with my installed games

Hi. This is my first time making a post, and i was wanting to know if there was a way to fix my problem(s). The first problem is some of my ready to install games disappeared from my RTI tab in My Games and Apps. I spent money on most of the games that disappeared, and poof! they're gone! I've tried everything other people have suggested, and i'm stuck.. As for my other problem my xbox is claiming that my already installed games aren't actually installed. i've tried installing them on my external HD, and nothing.

Would really appreciate the help!

This may not be the same situation as yours but games in my ready to install list disappear sometimes. Other times games that are already installed will show up as ready to install. I just ignore it and the problem fixes itself.

Hello There I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Then, select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

After you will need to perform a quick power cycle on your console, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

The problem is games disappear out of installed and ready to install on my xbox all the time and i constantly have to go find them in the store and hit “Install” so that it adds back to my tabs. And its not like it doesnt know if i own it cause its says
“install”, not “buy”, some games just disappear randomly.

I have the same problem. I purchased the game a while back and it was in my Ready to Install list. I installed it but got the 7.8GB version that would not load. I uninstalled it after seeing posts about the 7.7GB version and when I did it disappeared from
my ready to install list and is not in the Microsoft Store either on the Xbox or on the app.
