Games Disappearing From List

Discus and support Games Disappearing From List in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I add games to my list in the app they disappear.     Games Disappearing From List


    When I add games to my list in the app they disappear. They will reappear when I create a new shortcut for the start menu and let me add them again. Any fix?

    Both Steam and non Steam games.

    Game pictures are disappearing from my games and apps list

    I've seen it before and reported it. Don't know of a way to fix it, but after a few seconds they will load for me again just fine. I'd say try clearing your cache.

    Hello Kim,

    Please check your Order history to confirm that the game was successfully purchased under your account: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    If it is, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

    If it is not on that order history list, then you will have to contact the support through: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
