    Games Disappearing from Games & Apps


    This issue started last night, my very large library (90~ games installed, 190~ ready to install) suddenly dropped down to showing only 5 games installed and 130 ready. This happened at the end of the night and I was finished up
    playing, so I just turned the console off and went to bed chopping it up to a silly display error.

    Upon getting up today my Games & Apps is now displaying 37 games installed and 150 ready to install. This number has yet to change despite a couple of reboots throughout the day. I went ahead and uninstalled something, and it added onto the 150 ready (so
    151 now).

    Interestingly, a couple of games not displayed in my Ready to Install and Install but that I have pinned can still be launched from their pin and work fine.

    I already tried a hard reset (and my system doesn't use Instant On anyway), unplugging the power cable, and holding LT+RT+Y to refresh G&A.

    Disappearing pins

    Actually, it's not just Killer Instinct Classic that keeps disappearing. The YouTube pin just disappeared too. I have 13 items pinned - 10 games and 3 apps - and 1 pin keeps disappearing for some reason.

    Game pictures are disappearing from my games and apps list

    I've seen it before and reported it. Don't know of a way to fix it, but after a few seconds they will load for me again just fine. I'd say try clearing your cache.

    Turns out that my friend was the one who bought it and not me, so I am going to re-do the Xbox home to see if that changes it. Sorry for wasting everybody's time, and thank you all.

    I would unplug console and wait 5 mins then replug and try again. Make sure you are using the profile that you purchased game from.

    I have looked through all of my account billings a multitude of times, but I can't seem to find it. That doesn't make sense though because how else would I have been able to play it just fine not but 2 days ago.
