Games disappearing and reappearing ? ? ?

As the title suggests I'm having problems with my Xbox one and games in my collection. I recently rejoined E.A Access and queued about 5 or 6 games to download. I have pretty crappy broadband speed, so in order to be able to watch shows in bed on my tablet
I have to pause all downloads on my Xbox. My broadband just won't support both. If I try to watch something on my tab while downloading I get choppy programmes and stuttering etc. In short the d/l's have to be paused. So I paused the games, got in bed, and
tried to stream a show. It was all choppy and was freezing. So thinking I'd mistakenly left a game downloading I sent to check my Xbox. To my surprise I found that Rise of the TombRaider was installing onto my drive !. It was surprising because it was a digital
game I'd bought over Xmas in the sale and had installed but hadn't even started up. So although fairly sure I'd not accidentally uninstalled it , I was absolutely certain I'd not set in motion the reinstall. I'd not even noticed it had been missing from my
games. But there it was installing ??. So the next day I finished installing it and just put it down to a weird quirk of my Xbox and didn't really give it too much thought. That is until today (I still have a backlog of games from E.A Access to download) and
as I was going to watch a film on my tab before having a snooze I went to my queued games and paused them and then tried to watch my film. The same choppy experience, looked at my Xbox, and this time ' Evolve ' was installing and was about 30% into the process.
I've only ever played the game a couple of times and this was a few months ago when I bought it and installed it from the disc. Since then I've not touched it. So I know for definite I couldn't possibly have accidentally uninstalled it nor reinstalled it.
Again,I didn't notice it had gone missing till it started it's reinstall , again all on it's own. Just what the heck is going on Microsoft ??. Two games , one disc based, one digital, randomly doing strange stuff ?. It's bad enough having slow internet speed
without having to backtrack and reinstall stuff. I've got lots of other stuff to download as it is. This is tying up my internet unnecessarily and is a pain in the backside and a bit worrying tbh. I bought my Xbox second hand, it's out of warranty but up until
now has worked flawlessly. Has anybody else had any issues like this, and is there something I can do to prevent it happening again ??

i noticed some weird things going on. but nothing that prevented me from playing. I was playing with a friend and the car we were in was disappearing and reappearing. Also the map was disappearing. It eventually stopped but it some of the things you expect
when playing an MMO so it doesn't bother me to much.

 

please give me a update

hopefully it will fix things with water and blocks disappearing or reappearing after destroyed or placed. For some reason i have created a animal trap with water. Never ending flow of water, but never filling up
