    games disappeared


    Hi, I have no internet at my house and if I want to update or download dlc's I have to go elsewhere to do so. My work place allows me to do this after hours and the internet is not that great as is. I installed COD Black Ops 4 and Gears of War 4 from the
    discs at home and brought my xbox one to work to update them. 52GB update for COD and 56GB update for Gears, other games and apps wanted updates as well such as Diablo 3. It took all night to update COD and needed to turn off the xbox for the work day. I cancelled
    the updates for Diablo 3 and Gears 4, turned of the xbox normally and moved it out of the way. After the work day ended I turned the xbox back on and was going to finish the updates. Everything loaded just fine but there were no updates needed. My storage
    device went from 32% to 27%. I searched for the games and could not find Diablo 3 or Gears 4. I had the disc for Gears 4 but not Diablo 3, not that I would have the time to download everything for Diablo 3. It is reinstalling Gears 4 and doing the update but
    why were these games removed from the hard drive????????!!!!!!!

    Game Disappeared

    Hello, I have a problem:

    I really wanted to play Bulletstorm again after Years. Last time I played it was 2011 (as seen in my achievement list). My problem is, that it disappeared in my game library. I just can't find it but I can still see my achievement list with the dates. I
    am years late, but is it possible that that happened during the change from 'Games for Windows Live' to 'XBOX'?

    And is it possible to solve that somehow?

    Game disappeared

    I redeemed the battlefield key 1, I installed the game but it does not go, it tells me I was redeemed. Error code 0x803f8007. I tried uninstalling the game but now it does not appear in "ready for installation". How can I fix it ???

    Hello James,

    It appears that the installations for the games mentioned were not on the hard drive after turning the console on.

    Originally was the hard drive detected when installing the games the first time around?

    If the hard drive is removed for instance, do the games come up as installed?

    Attempt to follow our Troubleshoot external storage detection on Xbox One article, and let us know
    how this goes!

    This happened to me once after an update but then I am an Xbox Insider so thought this might be due to that. Are you an insider as well?

    Let's see... Disappearing peacekeepers, disappearing digital camos, now disappearing attachments. I kind of expect this stuff to happen with a Treyarch game.

    My Achievements/game history is missing

    In a previous, now deleted comment, I mentioned my achievements/game history disappeared again, but it's back now. It seems to be an on and off thing, as some people mentioned that theirs disappear and then reappear again.

    I'm just gonna play games, and be on the lookout if my achievements/game history disappears again.

    Disappearing pins

    Actually, it's not just Killer Instinct Classic that keeps disappearing. The YouTube pin just disappeared too. I have 13 items pinned - 10 games and 3 apps - and 1 pin keeps disappearing for some reason.
