    So I have the standard Xbox one and recently I got the series x and I transferred all of that over to my Xbox series x but everything was saved and stayed on my Xbox series x, so I decided I would give my father the Xbox one and I’ll keep the series x so we can play together, but when I unplugged the Xbox one and moved and set it all back up again my account and my father’s account where completely empty and when we put a disk in it had to re download, even though we have downloaded it before, it says I still have all the games I now just have to download all my 60 games again on my Xbox one but on my series x all the games are still there, so am I missing something or why does my series x have the games but same account on Xbox one and I have none of my games, someone please help and tell me what to do, thank you

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    All those games are on the external drive? is your Xbox recognizing the drive? Try checking here. Make sure your external hard drive is connected properly. Edit: The games might be hidden

    It does seem to be un-downloading but it has happened to my account not only my dads and my dad hasn’t been on my account, thanks anyway.
