Games disappear from games list in Xbox app on Win 10.

Hi there.

I have just updated to windows 10 and i am trying the XBOX app out. Unfortunately when i add games to my list, then either refresh the app or close/reopen it, my games have all disappeared.

I then have to delete the start menu short cut, re-pin the game to the start menu and add it to the app again.

Every time i close the app, all my games disappear again.

Please help.

Did you download the original video from your Win 10 Xbox App? I just tested this myself. Downloaded a clip on the Win 10 Xbox App, Renamed / Edited, then popped it back in captures and it uploaded with no issues. This was Overwatch, so maybe it's a game
thing like Miss Bijoux was inquiring about.

Actually, just realised it only seems to be certain games, mainly steam games.

Now no matter what i do it doesnt even see the game in the list.

 

Hi SirAbsurd, Try using the Xbox App Beta to see if the same behavior occurs. If the issue continues use the "Report a problem" in the beta app so we have helpful data to request further investigation. You can DL the beta app by going to the store on your
PC and searching "Xbox App Beta".

I've just tried the beta version and that has exactly the same issue. I have sent an error report but i'm not holding my breath for any resolution. This, and quite a few other stupid little problems are making me want to go back to 8.1.
