    Games crashing on brand new PC on Windows 11


    So i have a brand new PC, prebuilt from Best Buy, Running I7, Windows 11 OS and a RTX 3060ti graphics card. I have been trying to download and play a couple different first person shooters.

    Every time i open and run them for about 2 minutes i am getting fatal errors or the PC does a soft reboot. Any help or insight on this? I have ran driver updates, adjusted graphic settings, ran sfc scans, and nothing has worked. Small games that aren't as big or common have been running great. COD Warzone won't run. Apex Legends won't run and Halo Infinite won't run. Please help if you have any insight, otherwise I might have to just take the computer back.

    This is halo infinite. And if i try to stream anything it shuts down as well

    Here are other possible options to solve this, if you need help on a specific one please let me know

    Reinstall GPU drivers

    Check your antivirus and disable VPN

    Verify the game files

    Disable overclocking

    Update your BIOS

    Disable Discord overlay

    Disable Steam overlay

    If you don't know how to turn off overclock probably you don't have any active

    For the Bios you will need to contact the manufacturer of the motherboard/PC to download the latest updates on the Bios and the update process

    You can also check the device manager for any unknown device that might appear

    Also on windows update you can click on check for updates, install any pending update included the optional updates

    i have reinstalled gpus

    antivirus is up to date and i never turned on a vpn

    game files have been verified 4 times

    I dont know how to disable overclocking

    I have no idea how to even start to get into the bios

    all overlays are turned off
