Games crash to Dashboard !!PLEASE HELP!!

Hi,

I am getting rather frustrated with this persistent issue on my xbox one console. Here is what happens whenever i attempt to play/load ANY of the 12 games i own (not including minecraft which also does this):

1) i insert a game disk or select a pre-purchased game

2) i am shown the game title image for approx 2-3 seconds

3) game image is replaced with black screen (NOTE loading animation is not shown)

4) after 5-7 seconds i am returned to the dashboard.

I have attempted the following fixes (NOTE: some of these were supplied by xbox support)

-power cycling xbox one

-offline loading of game

-power save mode on/instant-on disabled

-persistent storage cleared

-reinstallation of all 12 games (that took literally days)

please anyone with a fix for this either reply to this post or message me.

Received Replacement Console but It also had problems

Also,

I cannot use Fifa 14 now...it crashes immediately going back to the dashboard when it gets to the "this game uses autosave" dialogue box at startup. Game is installed and updated. Please help.

Problem with entering in the Preview Program

Hello i am beta tester for prewiou dashboard ,or since 1week my xbox one crash my all game after 5 min .reboot and dislabe doing no thing. Please help me

I'm having a similar problem but if i hard reset my console it works fine but then i have to do it again if i want to play a new game

All my games are crashing to dashboard as well... And hard reboot helps 45 mins tops...And Mister Urkel every person in this forum is saying there being booted/crashed to the dashboard from in game..I see no different complaints in here. .. Just one...y
is our $500 console booting/crashing to the dashboard on every game? There's enough complaints just on this forum to have this issue brought to someone's attention in the tech department. . Please!

I was able to play for 30 minutes. Then it crashed to the dashboard.

I cleared the local saves. Rebooted the game and it crashed on the loading screen back to the dashboard.

I just did a power cycle. So I’ll see how it goes. I’ve power cycled before and it would help temporarily. I’ve also done the factory reset and kept my games.

It’s just frustrating trying to save constantly not knowing when it’ll crash again.
