    Games crash on Series S


    Hey everyone,

    I've been having an issue with my Series S console where games will crash shortly after starting (usually when first trying to load a menu or environment in the game) making gaming outside of the cloud impossible. Is there any solution to this?

    I have the exact same issue crashes only in S class series tried r class ok (i have 2 races done in S when trying the 3rd it crashed) deleted game and reinstalled it same issue

    well there is no errors for one and two the game locks up with a repeating sound for a brief moment and three it then crashes to the home screen of the xbox and four the crashes happen sporadically and intermittently i am unable to do troubleshooting steps due to the crashes are unpredictable i won't know when they happen they just pop up and can cause progress to be interrupted i am using series S model this only happens on xbox one games played on series S

    Same here, the game crashes when trying to enter the S class series (rest of the game seems to play ok). In 9 years of having a 360, I don't remember once having a game crash in this manner. Unacceptable.
