Games crash abruptly while playing

Games crash while I play. I sent my Xbox One for a guarantee reparation and got it back. However the same problem remains. I have tested my game discs on a friend's Xbox One console and it worked without problems. So the discs do not cause the problems.
I have also tested the internet access, and that's also OK. So I still think there is something wrong with the console.

It seems like the problem is not possible to repair and I now want to return my defective console and have it replaced by a functional one.

issues since update to windows 8.1 rt

Hello everyone, I'm having some minor issues while playing mahjong since I updated to windows 8.1 rt on my surface. The sound is missing from the menu and from other animations (like the fireworks when you win a game etc.). Sometimes, the sound does start
playing but abruptly silences like it crashes or something. I've reinstalled mahjong but the problem remains. Anyone experiencing the same? Thank you.

I am unable to resolve inconsitency of Xbox 360 gaming console - What can I do?

I got Xbox last week and installed properly. Now, while playing games there is a problem that I have been noticing about the audio. It is inconsistent and stops abruptly in the mid of playing the games. I don’t know what to do in this case, can you guys
suggest me the way to resolve this problem.

The new Xbox consoles are having troubles, handling the new COD and Assassins' Creed. They will be fixing this abruptly.

What about other crashing like fifa 21 and fortnite thanks

It's hard to say, while we were "swimming in SP DLC" during the second game, it was abruptly cut off for the first game, right around the time that EA first got involved, I might add...

Hello Roger,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with a save. It could be that the save is corrupt and that is why it is not loading. This happens if games abruptly close or crash. Try powering down the PC completely, once the PC is back on then
launch the game. Most likely will have to start over in this case.
