Games constantly Queing When nothing else is downloading?

I have been trying to install the new update for plants vs zombies for around 2 days now but it keeps queing for no reason, I have tried uninstalling the game. Re installing it offline then trying to update again, but still the same issue arises.

Is there any reason this is happening?

Is there a fix?

Timed out

Okay so how does timing me out 4 times ina row right?... within 10mins of game play. Im lvl 18 and i was queing up to my daily when i run into this... was queing from protectors onclave... thats my rant, now back to getting timed out.

Why is the lag getting worse in this game?

It's gotten a lot worse since Update 8. I constantly only have one bar and the lag is terrible. Granted, I only have a 6MB DSL line, but usually when I am playing, nothing else is streaming or downloading.

Also it gives me the option to pause the download but does nothing when I click it also won't let me uninstall the game, also on the main screen the the update section has the loading icon (circle going round) constantly but nothing ever appears there.

No. Nothing else is connecting when I try to download a game on xbox live. It looks like my IP address is 71.2xx.10x.xxx
