    Games can't save due lack of space on XSX


    Started getting a message every time I tried to save a game that said that I don't have enough space to save my games and should free up some. I was confused because i still had 150 GB of save space left. After restarting the console I kept getting that message so I deleted some games to free up space but it didn't help. Anybody got any idea how to fix this? ( It may also be of note that I also use an external harddrive but dont have any games saved on it.)

    If you are using a Series console, your internal storage is likely full, and is required for use of Series games

    No, as I said there are 150 GB of Space left on my internal storage.

    It is possible that the reason it can't download the game is because of lack of memory space within the hard drive, check to ensure that you have sufficient memory space and try again.

    This may be confusing but it's about checking storage

    if you are only at 27% used space then you are good, no need to worry. The more individual saves you create the more space they can take. Even if you use the same save slot it can grow a bit due to you getting further in the game. How much a space a
    game save is up to the developer and what they are choosing to save to maintain your progress.
