    Games can't find license


    I'm having an issue where I can't play some of my owned games. I called support and they told me they can't find my license for certain games, notably The Witcher 3 and previous GWG titles that I've gotten for free, and he said theres currently a glitch
    with Preiview Program members that's causing this issue So I need to post this issue on here.I am a Preview Program member. I just would like to get this issue resolved so I can play my games. Thankyou.

    Cancel PSU Guardian's License

    I can't cancel Phantasy star universe (PSU) Guardian's License on xbox. every time I try to cancel it i get an error saying "Xbox can't retrieve information from xbox live". When I go to xbox.com I can't find anything there that says anything about Guardian's
    License. I when to Upgrade/Manage I can't find anything about the Guardian's License, all I see was membership select. I really need help on this.

    can't find games

    Hello guys,

    I'm trying to find a game on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Multiplayer and it often can't find any or takes too long. After a little reserch I've found that the problem is that my NAT TYPE is set to Moderate and should be changed to Open.

    my question is: Is that the problem, and if it is - how do I solve it?

    I've tried finding out about that one, but can't find anything. Games are removed for different reasons. Licensing issues with the publishers is usually why, but I'm not sure if that was the case here.

    All Transformers game were delisted due to the licenses expiring. You would have to look around for it on disc.
    That sucks, I can't find it anywhere

    Please confirm if you have the Minecraft game license by signing your account to account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > go to Order History > then from there, find the Minecraft game purchase.

    If the Minecraft game license can't be found there, which means it was purchased on a different account.

    Kindly try to sign in to your other email addresses on account.microsoft.com and try to find the Minecraft game license under the Order History.
