Games bugs

Bonjour,

Cela fait plusieurs semaines que ma Xbox One S a un souci avec des jeux. Soit le jeu ne se lance pas, soit le jeu plante toujours au même endroit (pas de freeze, juste que le chargement s'arrête). Pour exemple, le jeu Rocket League (en version téléchargeable)
ne se lance plus. La démo de Fifa 19 , ainsi que le jeu Fifa 19, se lance mais lors de certains matchs, ça plante pendant le chargement du match, donc impossible de jouer.

J'ai coupé la console en appuyant 10 secondes sur le bouton, ainsi que enlever la prise d'alimentation une dizaine de secondes, comme décrit dans les aides, j'ai eu un mieux quelques jours mais ça revient.

J'ai réinitialisé la console en gardant les jeux et même souci. L , je suis en train de réinstaller le jeu pour voir si ça change mais j'ai des doutes (ça n'avait pas vraiment aidé pour Rocket League et la démo de fifa19).

Auriez-vous un conseil ou une astuce svp ?

Hello, It's been several weeks since my Xbox One S has a problem with games. Either the game does not start, or the game always crashes in the same place (no freeze, just the loading stops). For example,
the game Rocket League (download version) does not run anymore. The demo of Fifa 19, as well as the game Fifa 19, is launched but in some matches, it crashes during the loading of the match, so impossible to play. I cut the console by pressing the button 10
seconds, and remove the power plug for about ten seconds, as described in the helpers, I had a better few days but it comes back. I reset the console keeping the games and even worry. There, I am reinstalling the game to see if it changes but I have doubts
(it had not really helped for Rocket League and the demo of fifa19). Do you have any hint or advice?

I too had that issue. I reliaded the checkpoint and it worked fine.

I just played through that part today. I shot the generators and progressed just fine.

Did you try reloading the checkpoint?

 

Sorry to hear it. If redownloading the game does not work then it may be a storage problem. Do you have an external hard drive attached to your console? If so and the game is on the external drive try moving it to the internal drive (or vice versa if
need be).

If you do not have an external drive and you still have this problem you may need to either check your storage limits and try deleting some games you do not play or try a factory reset while deleting the games and apps to see if that helps.

 

I haven't an external HD, and my xbox have got 1To Storage, 50% full. I've just reinstall the game and the problem is still here.

In wanting to cut the game, the console has struggled and has completely went out alone.

A suggestion is to reset the
console to factory settings.

Before doing so, make sure of a few things.

Here's a list:

The information for your profile/profiles are up to date and you know email/password for each/all of them.

There is a backup connection to a network, i.e. HotSpot, or hardwire connection (Ethernet)

Make sure to select Keep My Games and Apps

This soft factory reset is performed by accessing the Settings.

It shouldn't have to do with the username, but give this a shot.

Already done... No works

And the console is slow when i close the game.

It is clearly the console the problem, not the game.

If even after a factory reset the console is not playing your games, we suggest you start looking into a repair. You have the option to visit our Device Service page or
get in touch with an agent via phone call or live chat by going to Xbox Support.

 

After a hard reset to factory setting (I believed my console was dead...), it seems to be ok. next time, i go to repair service
