Games bought digitally.

I currently have an xbox 360 but will be getting an xbox one soon. Am i able to bring over/redownload/etc the games i bought on the xbox dashboard [Left 4Dead, PvZ Garden Warfare and such] when i get my xbox one or are those game pretty much just a waste
of money i spent cuz i cant bring them over as well.

Im asking in the terms of now [which i dont think i can but figured id ask regardless] and later [Aka when backwards compatability comes out] will i then be able to transfer the games over or what?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Digitally bought game crashing constantly

Hi, I recently contacted support about an issue I was have with Tom Clancy's The Divison constantly crashing and coming up with error and "Something went wrong" messages. Beforehand I did everything from uninstalling the game to hard resetting my console.
During the chat with support, she told me it was possible to get credit for the game, which I would be fine with, because I bought the $100 version and it's extremely frustrating to not even be able to play it. But because I'm in the preview program she said
I should make a post on the forums and wait for a response. If needed, the code she gave me for the chat we had is 1353340597. Would greatly appreciate a resolution in seeing that I basically wasted $100 on something I can't even use. Would greatly appreciate
it. Thank you.

Currently, no. Even with the current phase of backwards compatibility, those games are not backwards compatible yet. So you would need to purchase the Xbox One version if you want to play them. As far as in the future, it depends on whether or not the games
are made backwards compatible.

I would suggest never,ever buy any digital down load. If Xbox live goes down as it is right now, you will not be able to play any game you have bought through a digital down load. same goes for apps. Much better to just get the retail version.

Were they digital downloaded games? You should have a library of games bought (Digitally).
