    Games Aren't Working

    Just purchased the hyped up Xbox One X. Was downloading all my games on my new console. All the digital copies downloaded and work fine. Even most of my disk copies installed and work as they should. But I found out and noticed something
    strange. All of my game disk copies from 2013 will not download and install. I went straight to work trying to figure out why or what the problem was. The disk are clean and scratch free and work perfectly fine in my old xbox one console. I have done everything
    I can think of. Even testing them out on another Xbox One X systems. Did the same exact thing. Every older xbox one I test my disk in work fine. Just not on the X. I need to know if im the only one who has discovered this major problem. All xbox one games
    from 2013 will not download and install on any of the xbox one x systems. Forza Motorsport 5 is one of them. Error message says (installation stopped, check disk, disk may be dirty or damaged) But from all my testing and trouble shooting. I have failed to
    find out the cause or a solution. I would like to know if im the only one and or whats going on. Because im out of answers.

    My games aren't working

    try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for about 10 seconds.

    It will reboot.

    Try again after that.

    They have not given a timeline but they are working hard on this issue. I know ambassadors have posted this but if you go to Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage you can see the status and sign up for alerts, so you get notified when Xbox is
    back to 100%.
