This can be a bit odd, but do you have USB accessories connected to the console? (Hard drives, wheels, etc)
If yes, please disconnect everything and try again

If that’s not your case, may I know if you’re using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

If not and in case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

Yes, you have 2 weeks from launch to get it with the day one bonuses. Same goes for all other games. I've got it queued for download at the moment. AU $79.84

Why are there so many problems with Microsoft Store games?

Have you tried re-downloading the affected profile to the 360 emulator (launch any backwards compatible title, and press the Menu and View buttons at the same time after the 360 startup, select Download Profile). Try this out and let me know how it goes.
