    Games aren't appearing--XB1


    I bought Skyrim, The Phantom Pain, and GTA 5 on Xbox 360 for around $175, (Not including the additional DLC I bought). They aren't appearing on my Xbox One, even though they have there own Xbox One addition. This is really annoying, because almost every
    other game appears in my "Ready To Install" list.

    Hello FEARTHISHOTMAMA,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    my rewards aren't appearing

    I made multiple purchases on 02/05/2017. I bought 2 games totaling $48.07. The credits/purchase didn't appear under my xbox live rewards account. Also I didn't get my vip star rank cash back on the 30th. I don't know why my rewards are posting. Please
    fix this.

    Games aren't appearing--XB1

    Those games are not backwards compatible. In order to play them on the One, you would need to purchase the One editions.

    Those games can only be played on Xbox 360.

    Those games are not backwards compatible. In order to play them on the One, you would need to purchase the One editions.

    No, I seriously doubt these apps will come to XB1. Universal apps for XB1 aren't going live on XB1 until later this year at least, so we won't know until then.

    I would never purchase a console just for BC that's just dumb. Why don't you play some games that aren't on the 360 like The Witcher3 or Batman Arkham Knight? You can still play your 360 games on your 360 for now. Around Christmas is when BC takes effect
    hold on to your XB1 untill then. There are too many good games on XB1 that aren't on 360.
