Games are moved from games section to download tab

Hi,

I followed the steps in reply and have completed them successfully. However, nothing has changed. The games that were moved to the downloads section are still there. I need to download them again in order to play them. (I could have done this before factory resetting)

However, I am looking to recover the save files in FIFA 21 specifically. With me needing to redownload many games (which will take days) I presume save files will be deleted. How do I recover them?

It looks like the console needs a reset to refresh its settings. Kindly follow the steps mentioned here => How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support. Please make sure to choose "Reset and keep my games & apps" in order not to lose your games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

defense grid is still up on the games for gold tab. Just go to the on demand section in games and download it for free from there. Thats what i did. Hope this helps

I have only had this issue with Kinect Fun Labs, which does not appear in "My Games" or "My Apps" at all. What I have found works for me is to open the guide from the controller and select "Recent" from the "Games & Apps" tab. From there, select the "Downloads"
tab - as you said you just downloaded it - or the "All" tab.

Worst case scenario, look for it in the storage section of the systems settings. Delete it from there - it may have corrupted somehow - and then redownload it from the marketplace or your purchase history list.
