    Games are missing


    Hello. I have a problem with account. I was playing Fable in 2011 and Dark Souls in 2013. I see my achievements on the site but MS Marketplace can't load the acquisitions journal. I was read all posts and answers and they are all didn't help. Why on the
    site in "My Games" i don't see my games. I Was buy Fable and Dark souls.

    Hey there kurebashi!

    To clarify, are you referring to the Xbox store here on Xbox.com? Your PC purchases wouldn't show up here, but if you download the
    Games for Windows Marketplace Client you should have access to your games. Let us know how it goes Games are missing :)

    Yes, it is. I installed Marketplace client many times according to all the rules. And all the time i see that the Marketplace client can't load the acquisitions journal.
