Are you trying to install a game on your Xbox App? If yes, simply sign out of your account and then sign back in. That should work.

This also then should allow you to touch your consoles game rating settings to turn them off

I think and believe their issue if you read was age restriction

Ok now I have found the family page and it informs me that I am under the control of a "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" has anyone got a clue 1 who is this. 2 how this person got in control of my account. I have had this account 10+ years, with out this problem.
