    Games & Apps won't load, multiplayer connection test won't complete.


    When I try to launch a game from My Games & Apps, none of the tiles load at all, and when I try to test my multiplayer connection through the connection test, the test will continue loading for more than 10 minutes and not complete.

    i need help with my xbone everzince the new update i haven't been able to play games because the "games & apps" tab won't load anny tiles. I have great internet (90mb). And have fully reset console multiple times. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you're unable to see your Games & apps tab—that's odd! Let's have you
    power cycle your console once more as well as

    removing and re-adding your profile     on your Xbox One. The final step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.



    Please let us know how it goes and if you still need help! Hopefully that resolves your issue.

    I'm having the same issue today. It won't give me an option to connect to xbox live. My network connection tests are all good. I can see my friends online. It won't load my messages. It won't let me play multiplayer games(i.e. The Division Beta, Destiny,
    etc.) I know it's not my internet because I'm on my phone using my wifi to type this out.

    I just got the game today. Single player works ok. But I went to multiplayer online and it pauses in the menus...and the music skips... then it finds a game and while loading it says can't connect to server. This is sad does anyone test this stuff? I

    Getting error 0x89235106

    I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.
