Games/Apps wont launch

Discus and support Games/Apps wont launch in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My games and apps wont launch and i'm getting a few error codes but this one in particular "0x87e1000c" I sent my console in and they just wiped it...     Games/Apps wont launch


    My games and apps wont launch and i'm getting a few error codes but this one in particular "0x87e1000c"

    I sent my console in and they just wiped it and sent it back lol. Anyone else have this problem or similar?

    Thanks for the reply; I'll give that a shot. Silly question - do you press the power button 3-4 times when it's still unplugged? (Just wanting to clarify)

    Hey guys, if you're experiencing this issue with all games and apps you try to launch and a

    power cycle     of your Xbox One console did not solve the issue, please try a
    soft factory reset     of your Xbox One console selecting the option

    to keep your games and content to avoid having to download them again.

    Any changes with this experience after that?

    Halo Master Chief collection

    I downloaded all the Halo games that are within the MC collection. After I downloaded them, MC game wont even launch for me. Every time I open the App and attempt to launch the game, the app just closes.
