    So the other day im trying to download the evil within on my pc via the xbox app and it finishes downloading but wont intall saying error 0x80070005. I ignored it but i tried downloading another game about 2 weeks later and its doing it again. I thought what if i need to update the xbox app (which it did) so i updated it but it also had an error 0x80070005. I cant update any apps nor can i install any games. Ive tried everything i know how to do including looking it up but nothing has worked. maybe i didnt do it right or i didnt look hard enough but id like to fix it asap so i can play more games.

    Sorry about that. Do you get the same error code when installing your games through MS store? Kindly also delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

    This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try your games again.

    It looks like you don't have any applicable devices linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

    Yeah but the app wont install because it says that i need the latest update for windows. And the update always fails. Update 1903.

    Cant install Halo MCC

    I have the same issue. The MCC app got stuck in a wierd "has Update" but wont update loop. Xbox app can't launch the game. So I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. The uninstall didn't free up the disk space, the reinstall wouldn't complete, just says
    installing. I tried in MS Store app, the install doesn't even start downloading before it errors out with a "0x803FB107" error. Tried a number of things, not getting closer to a solution. The Outer Worlds wont even launch either...

    Same issue. I saw it first yesterday when trying to install Netlfix. I tried this morning with the free blu ray app, same issue. However, when I update games I have bought, no issue. Anyone figure this out yet?
    same for me game update no problems, only apps and even the store wont update

    Offline mode

    You can play offline so long as the game is already downloaded and installed on your xbox but your games wont be updated if necessary when you go to play them and you wont be able to play online (obviously) or use any service or app that requires an online
    connection (mixer, the store ect.)
