Games and apps won't show up after latest update

since the new update, I have not been able to see/select any of my games it just shows a continuous loading loop, is there a solution for this issue?

Games and Apps won't load after update

Ever since I updates my XboxOne with the Avatar update My games and apps won't load and the only way to get my Xbox back to working order is to power cycle the console until the updates section of my games and apps loads properly otherwise the console won'
allow me on any games because it freezes upon start up. Is there any way to fix it so u don' have to restart it 10 or more times before it works? I appriciate any help that can be provided.

Hey. I have exactly the same problem. But by the trial method, I learned that the game can be started if the downloading of any other game has started. It is displayed the speed of download.

The problem is in the firmware. Some glitch with a connection over the network.

Games can be started by disconnecting the console from the Internet and restarting the console.

We're having this problem too. It will connect and show what game is currently playing, but it only shows achievements and description. Map and other features won't show up. We're using a Nvidia Shield Tab 1 with the latest android
update.

Possibly resolved after latest update to Ubisoft Connect

The Ubi app now doesn't seem to start with the Xbox app and the error message in the Xbox app isnt showing - the Ubi app just launches on demand
