Discus and support Games and Apps won't run.     Games and Apps won't run. Says there is a System Update but won't let me download it.


    As the title says my Xbox One isn't letting me boot any games or apps. I figured I'd check to see if there was a system update and it says there is and I confirmed that my version number is the one before the update on the 10th. I tried to manually update
    but despite the button showing I can select it to update it, it doesn't do anything. Please help.

    UPDATE PREVIEW CHEESE!!

    I'm in the update preview program and it says that my Xbox needs an update but won't let me download it will get to 15% and give me a screen saying there is a problem with the update. I'm just trying to play my games someone help.....!!

    Ark update/installing problems

    it won't let me download ark and the one time I was able to get into the game it told me to update it and I did but now it won't update it and won't let me into the game just send me to the store and from there I cannot do anything with it btw the posting

    I'm having the same problem. Won't let me connect to Live or download system update. Xbox says my profile and memory are corrupted. Don't know what to do. I've tried everything suggested.

    At the time I'm writing this, including me, their are 13 people who have the same question, so I think it's safe to say the problem is on Microsoft's end. Their app won't update or let me install a game.

    I think what they are saying is the game won't run without a patch, but the Xbox Game Pass for PC version is not updating. There is no update option, and after running MS Store download update, there is nothing there about a patch.

    How do we update the game so it will work?
