Games and apps wont run and wont install

The problem is that before i restarted completely the games and apps wont start and thyen a message pops that said for some reason Rocket League has taken too long to start and i restarted my xbox normally but when i do that then the when it turns on again the screen just stay black but it is sending the image so idk

now that i have restarted completely whenever i try to run for example Rocket League it doesnt run it just like do the click and thats it and if i do it like on the tab of my games and apps like pressing the xbox button and going to the bar of games and apps pins it just freezes.

I have an external disc so idk if that could be a problem and all the games are installed there but it is reading it well so.

if you can help me it would be great.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step please try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

If the issue persists, please select Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate Mac address : CLEAR > Restart.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Hi There

According to the game developers website http://feedandgrow.net/ the game is only for PC and utilizes the Steam platform.

You unfortunately wont be able to install this on the Xbox as all installs on the Xbox happen via the Store app, and if the game\app is not published to it, then there is no way to run it

That would be fine if I can find a way to specifically uninstall EAC. I have gone to the install folder and opened the installers folder, but the EAC installer wont even run.

EAC does not show up in Apps and Features under Settings.

Now I just start the games with EAC disabled. That works.

still doesnt work when i uninstall game service the xbox app works but when i install it again the app wont open
