Games and apps wont load.

Im in desperate need of help. For what seems like two months now, my xbox one s has been telling me the game or app took to long to load. It gives me the error code of, 0x8027025a. Any game, any app. Doesn't matter. Sometimes i get lucky and something
will work. But if a bigger game happens to load, it will be slow and chuggy. There's nothing wrong with my internet. The problem, i think, is with my xbox herself. I've tried everything Microsoft support suggested, and nothing has worked. If anyone has experience
with this, please help me.

yes three or 4 times. Sometimes a game wont load. Other times apps won't load. So on and so on..

Have you also done a factory reset? You can choose to keep or delete all your games and apps. So that part is up to you. https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Hello, try to reset your hard drive, our xbox is like a pc, we have to clean it occasionally.

Since you mentioned that you have tried all the support techniques I would assume also that it could be the xbox S itself. NOT just resetting the machine always fixes the problem that seems like the quick response to an issue. But if you have tried that
and a few others I would assume its a technical issue with your xbox S. However may i ask what type of storage do you have? Do you use external drives and if not how much memory is free on your xbox. Xbox does require a small amount of free memory to work
flawlessly at times whether some believe that or not. Just make sure you have a good amount of free storage space. Maybe you are having your xbox unknowingly download certain updates however small may hamper your speed etc. Just make sure all updates are done
