    Games and Apps won't load after update


    Ever since I updates my XboxOne with the Avatar update My games and apps won't load and the only way to get my Xbox back to working order is to power cycle the console until the updates section of my games and apps loads properly otherwise the console won'
    allow me on any games because it freezes upon start up. Is there any way to fix it so u don' have to restart it 10 or more times before it works? I appriciate any help that can be provided.

    i need help with my xbone everzince the new update i haven't been able to play games because the "games & apps" tab won't load anny tiles. I have great internet (90mb). And have fully reset console multiple times. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you're unable to see your Games & apps tab—that's odd! Let's have you
    power cycle your console once more as well as

    removing and re-adding your profile     on your Xbox One. The final step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.



    Please let us know how it goes and if you still need help! Hopefully that resolves your issue.

    Hey there djstu kitekid!

    Can you try starting the game up from a different profile on your Xbox One to see if there's any change? Also, if you haven't already, try installing the game on an alternate storage device to see if there's any change with that.

    Hi Peter. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I've tried all of these solutions with no success. There are no error codes either, the apps just circle and circle indefinitely and simply won't load. It started happening after the recent update.
