Games and Apps won't install or launch

3 days ago my Xbox One S started to not launch any of my apps or games. This is a new Xbox purchased 2 weeks ago. So I restarted the console twice and that still didn't fix it. The next day I started it up and it still wasn't
launching apps or games. I called Xbox's support services and the lady took me through the steps to factory reset the Xbox, while still saving the apps and games I previously had. That seemed to be only a temporary fix however, because hours later my Xbox
started to, "Slow down," once again. Again the apps and games wouldn't launch. So I factory reset the Xbox completely, removing all data, downloaded games, and apps. I started it up and now for 2 days haven't been able to get proper functions operating. My
games and apps won't load, nothing will respond when I click on them to install. I notice that my Xbox has slowed down a little bit in its functions, then speeding back up on scrolling through home. From time to time when I try to move around with the controller,
such as selecting letter to spell something out. The controller goes in a different direction then where I was trying to go.

Can anyone give me some sort of idea what to do next. Below I will type for you all the steps I've taken so far.

- Restarting the Xbox

- Both factory reset options available

- Clearing the drives

- Clearing the Cache when the power and Xbox are disconnected.

- Adjusting the Wifi

Thanks, I looking closer into my WIFI and see if that may be the underlining issue.

Having the same issue.. Launching No Mans Sky through the Xbox (beta) app redirects me to 'Gaming Services' in the Microsoft Store which says that it's installed. Have tried uninstalling both with no joy. It has launched before from the Xbox app, but won't
now.

Totally fine, the first command is for removing Gaming Services in which this won't be installable if Xbox app is not launch. The second command will open Microsoft Store to see Gaming Services for installation. If installation did not start, you may launch Xbox app and take a closer look at the lower part of the app, you most likely will see on that part if there is an update needs to be installed or Gaming Services needs installation.

This started happening yesterday.

Attempted to download Outriders sat on preparing for over 4 hours. Followed all "fixes" available

closed all apps

repaired gaming services

reset gaming services

repaired xbox app

reset xbox app

uninstalled xbox app

uninstalled gaming services using powershell command

used wsreset on microsoft store

refreshed all windows apps

reinstalled xbox app which in turn installed gaming services

At this point the game installed - won't launch

[I followed another guide to reset permissions in storage as this had happened to another user but this did not work]

reset PC

Downloaded - won't launch

Completed full format & reinstall of windows

ran all updates

The game eventually installed - won't launch

Tried to install hitman doesn't move from "preparing 0%"

Tried to install Doom Eternal Doesn't even appear in the library

I feel like I've exhausted all avenues - everything was working absolutely fine not 2 days ago what has caused the issue??

Try disabling ipv6 in your network settings. It's worked for me. I think that's the same reason why others report VPNs working.
